Is it possible to add servers to the control panel that are already up and running? Or do I have to create the server from the control panel itself?

Also are their any plans to make an admin panel and a client panel? To make it easier for a gsp to manage clients rather than setting permissions for a user.

Not sure what you mean - You need to create the server via GameCreate - GameCreate has to know about servers so it can manage them.

GameCreate is not designed as a rental control panel - although it can be used as such.

You can assign user's to have permission over servers yourself manually, or give them their own subdomain (and anything under it they can control if you give them permission too).

You can also automate the permission setup (and creation of servers, etc) via webservices, http://doc.gamecreate.com/ManualWebService.

Subdomains are definately the preferred solution
