How do i install a mod into the addons folder , what needs to be on the end of the file to link it to that server?

The mod is eventscripts

Plugins for Counter-Strike/Source games all run off the same folder, so would all be using it if its in the addons folder.

Depending on the per server configuration structure it may be disabled or enabled.

Have a look at the eventscripts documentation to find out which file (eg, server configuration) you need to edit - I dont know off the top of my head.
