Im having a problem with Call of duty

When i ban someone from the server through rcon it doesn't do anything to the ban list never updates or anything. So its like the player is just getting kicked. I dont know what to do ive tried the update frequency thing but that did nothing

Any ideas on how to fix it?

It wont update the banlist in gamecreate, it will just write it out on the server host.

yeah, but it wont ban the person, i banned someone throught rcon and all it seemed to do was kick em they just came right back in

Sounds like a game related problem, not GameCreate?
