I installed swat 4 on one of my servers, but when I try to run it with gamecreate, gamecreate does not have any command line options or config files for it, so the settings don't work, and gamecreate then restarts the server. Are you going to add the command line settings/config file templates for swat 4?

Added some files.

Although they don't always appear to work (we had this problem at release) since the game itself does not appear to actually read the configuration files entirely on startup, its stupid.
