In this time i reinstall the server, i think it don´t will be better.

Query Failure means GameCreate could not query the address with a server browser tool.

The server is not accessible from the Internet.

Make sure it is queryable from the internet.

If you still cannot get it working, you can uncheck 'Query this server for player information' on the Host Configuration tab

The server is shutting down after being started by GameCreate.

Look at the server while its doing it and see whats going on.
