If you are getting 'time out' it sounds like a firewall problem.

Also be sure you are using Passive FTP.

What username are you using to login with?

And what domain and host are you trying to login to?

Provide me with links to these items in your gamecreate domain and ill double check its not working incorrectly.

Also, double check your password is valid.

This problem has been fixed, was a mixture of a bug on our end and the initial setup of the host.

FTP should work fine now.

I'm having the same problem. Could you explain what the issue was and how to correct it? Thank you.

Try this to test FTP:

* On the Domain tab, enable FTP.

* Create a server in your domain, and place it on a host. Then attempt to FTP to that host (remember to use passive FTP, and port 2121 to connect).
