When I use the standard command line the server setsup and immediatly shuts down after 4 secs of being up (I witness through remote desktop). It seems to be something to use with the command line as when i use my own custom one its fine.....however if i use my own custom one i loose the advantages and ease of the control panel as I have to edit all the server .cfgs on my own and other things like that.......anyone help me? perhaps i could give you login details and you fix??

what game? Also, look up in game create the command it is running in to start the server, then remote into your server and run the same command in console. Any error messages like that?

EDIT:: IT IS DEFINATLY THE SERVER .CFG THATS CRASHING IT

DOESNT WORK BUT WITHOUT THE .CFG ITS FINE

Im not sure what you are getting at.

Is a specific configuration file causing the crash, or a specific part of a command line parameter?

If so, what one is it?

Problem solved!!!! I researched on google and found out the problem was the server.cfg..............if it managed to execute it crashed and if it didn't execute (with my personal command line) it didnt crash! Obviously I wanted it to execute so I found out by simply adding -secure to the command line that fixes it!!!
