Why does this program fire off so much

Also why is my server not connecting. This is getting kind of crazy not sure what to think about this panel yet. i can never get this panel to work tried fear also was working on redoing ET and looks like I can't connect. Also anyone ever gotten this panel to work is there a trick I am running out of my user folder of /home/donrsad is this ok to do anyone right a how to on this

ive never had a problem untill tonight, i think that a server is down, or there is an issue with it

have anyone got ET to work becuse every time I did it i got a this server has restarted more then 20 times man I am use to doing everything by hand and why do I have to have ET TV and all this other stuff just not ET and how many games can i host on the free panel
