Hello,
I have installed linux on my system and install Gamecreate but the Gamecreate Client do not download all files for Enemy Territory.

Gamecreate download only the follwing Folders and Files:
Docs
etmain
etpro
map_readmes
pb
pbscreens
tcetest
uninstall
ET.exe //windows
ETDED.exe //windows
etmain.txt
etpro.txt
ettv.exe //windows
ettv.x86
readme.txt
version.inf

Where is the etded.x86???Where are the Mods NoQuarter, etpub, jaymod and so on??
When i want to start a server it will be start with the ettv.x86 and it shows me error 2 in the Failure Reports.
Anyone an idea?

When i want to update ET and CS following lines apears in .log:

So it says the game must be update but it stops suddenly
On windows i haven*t this problems.

That sure did finish fast.

Can you open up a few of those files (that have different file extensions) with a text editor and see what their contents is? I suspect it may be something like an error page.

i installed gamecreate on an other system there is the same problem

Hey,

That install went very fast if you look at it, and the game is several MB.

What files do you have below the sub directories? Try opening a few of those - View their filesize, see if many have the same size. If so, open a few of them up.

Apperantly the issue still exists as i installed the wolf et on my server which gamecreate said it was installed fully.

but it is missing some vital files to be able to run on linux, which on the other hand makes me wonder why the windows files are included, shouldnt there be an specific windows version for windows servers to download and an linux version for linux servers ?

Id like to know on how to solve this issue .
