my servers keep falling off i dont know what to do i get the eror:
PONG response not received, closing connection
every 5 min and servers are off what can i do?

Does it connect any other time? We are having a few problems with our master server at the moment which we hope to fix soon, but no ETA.

yea it is but in the middle it doing that like restarting itself

the servers doing restart every few minutes and we cant deal with that

when am looking in the server eror thing on the panel i get :

Query Failures mean GameCreate could not externally query your server to see if it was up and running, so restarted it.

Be sure the server comes online.

they are online but every 5 min its doing to them restart
and my boxes are up and good and every thing works fine in the box side

and how do i set the right time for israel i have no idea

You can set your Time Zone via the Domain Configuration tab, just choose your appropriate UTC offset.

Query Failure as I mentioned above means GameCreate could not query the server on the address it thinks it is running on.

Be sure it really is coming online and is accessible from the internet, as in that you can query a server manually via All Seeing Eye, etc.

You can temporarily turn off automated queries by going to your Host Configuration and unchecking the Queries box, which will stop this from occurring - but thats not a fix, you need to find out why it is doing it.
