Last year we started useing gamecreate. It works fine for us before this day.

This morning our Server crashes and after that the GC client can't connect to the EU Server.

I read to late that more guys have the same problem.

I reinstalled GC client and then I make a littel mistake. I take the Asia Server.
But then I noticed the client can connect to the asia Server and when I used the same login data for the Web Console it works too.
Is that OK?

But We don't want to use the ASIA Server because our Server is also standing in the EU.
A littel problem is that the client cann't connect to the eu master server, so I can not install the server again.

Hi,

Simply close the client and delete gamecreate.ini (or choose the File menu option if you are using Windows) to change your region.

It is important that you choose the appropriate region.

Right now, the Asia region would use a specific master server which may change over time.

Hi Andrew,

I tried but the problem is the host is evertime listed in the asia system.

I used the EU Login but when I logged in the EU the host isn't listed but again
it is listed in asia.
I delete the host again in asia. I delete the ini file. I used European in the client and then EU no host in asia is the host again.

Then I made a new EU domain. And here all works fine.
