Hi guys, iam waiting currently over 5 hours for server installation but its currently on 87% ... nothing will come ... is this right ? its too slow ... anybody knows what i can do ?

Which game? They may be slow installing due to downloading from Australia.

Check the size of your installation folder; and then check it again a bit later - see whether the size increases.

As long as the install has not 'failed' on the GameCreate interface (it would say it had failed, instead of 'in progress') it should still be downloading.

Some games are massive (several GB) in size.

is there any way to define our own server with the files for the dedicated server?

I thought you had another server in North America?

We have a few web servers, the download server is based where we are - Australia - at the moment.

There is a web server for using GameCreate in America though, which is what you would be using - this does not serve content files though.

It's on our to do list to create the new content master in America and Europe.
