Not at the moment nope.

What scenario would you want this to occur?

If its for a temporary server to play on for a few hours, use the temporary bookings feature.

For example ...

I want a specific server to be running all the weekend, friday+saturday+sunday. I start it on friday and schedule the stop on sunday at X-hour. Then, if i forgot to stop it on sunday, it will have an scheduled stop.

This can be a new idea for game-hosters; perhaps for a specific game you can rent a low cost server for three days a week. For example, a racing league only need their championship server for 3 days; training, clasification and race. In this time of prices war ... new marketing ideas are wellcome Very Happy
This option its a second steep; the hosting admin set up a range of days of automatic start/stop, and the rented server control panel can not change it.
But with a simple secheduled stop, the client can start every friday his server and it will be automatically stopped on sunday.

Yeah, that can be done through temporary bookings.

You can visit the 'Edit Domain' page and choose how far ahead you can book servers.

Then on the 'Game Configuration' page for your chosen game (eg, the racing game) enter a 'Max Runtime' of 180 (3 hours, in minutes) so you may choose a 3 hour block.

Then the server automatically starts at the chosen time and stops.

You can enforce a form of payment schedule though through Web Services to force a permanent server to start/stop via web services, see your 'Domain Web Services' tab.
