GameCreate has now officially dropped the beta tag and has been released for free.
An unlimited amount of hosts are now permitted under a domain at no cost.
For customers with large numbers of game servers and who require guaranteed uptimes, the GameCreate software can be self-hosted in a data centre of your choice.
The software installation is managed by our company and is covered by a Service Level Agreement (SLA) providing a dedicated solution to your business.
For more information about a self-hosted solution, visit the GameCreate Licensing page for more information.

Well that is great news Andrew, but do you mind me asking why it is free upon the end of the beta whereas it was previously announced it would be under a certain pricing per number of licenses?
Also the announcement says that we can host the gamecreate software in our own datacenter. Does this mean we can create our own master servers like:
Hosting of the GameCreate software in your data center would include your own master server/s, webserver/s and any other appropriate infrastructure to be run on your network.
It would be for your use only.
If you simply want (for example) admin.mydomain.com to point to your GameCreate domain, you can do this for free already. See the Domain Alias option under Domain Configuration.
