I am trying to eliminate all mods for a specific game except one. When I go to the Properties page of this game I edit the options down to one and save the changes.

Once the Properties page refreshes I see two Game Mod properties. How do I eliminate one of them?

Can you please provide, step by step, example of how to do this on an unedited Game Properties screen.

Opera as your web-browser?
