How can i add a user or create. for each game ? Also does ftp actually work ?

go into GC panel and go to the specific game or server you want to make another user for. then follow the link...to create a user account.

Alternatively, the given person can sign up on game create and you can set his permissions in the server permissions tab.

Then he would just log in as you do.

Ftp does work, but you must first enable it in the Domain tab.

If you already have a user base (such as on a forum) you can use those accounts to login to GameCreate instead of making a new account - click Downloads on the left and read up on External Authentication.
