What is up with this? I can view the server.cfg all day..but can not edit.

I'm not sure what game you're referring to here, but it sounds like your permissions aren't set up correctly if you can't edit a server.cfg file through GameCreate.

Is your FTP access set up correctly? You should be able to add maps and mods to a server if it is set correctly.
