Trying to add the same host (IP) from a different
domain will not work. You have to remove it from
the original domain first.
Why did you change domain, by the way? You can
quite easily switch OS on the host between Linux
and Windows (though you don't say which OS you
ran previously). All you need to do is enter the host
configuration and tell GC what OS the host is running. |

Make certain port 1224 is open. (even though you said they all are)
Have you checked that it is resolving properly? |

Have you checked on the host itself to see that the server is starting properly?
If it is starting up and running normally try turning of Server Query.
If it's not starting up properly with GC, try starting the game from a command line to see if that works.
Let us know the results. |

If you go to the hosts tab in your GC area, and then select the server you wish to deal with, floowed by the configuration tab, you should see "Monitor servers on this host for players and query failures" and be able to untick it.
Try that and see if it allows the server to run.
Though, if it requires this then it might mean other people can't see your server, but it will help as a diagnostic

Hehe, np.
Was it to do with the Query issue?
If it was, then ideally you don't want to have it disabled constantly - if GC can't query it then you can't query it, other people can't query it and ultimately a game's Master Server cannot query it.
Most of the time, query problems are due to closed ports and are easy to resolve.
Shout for help if you need it

Well, most of the time it's a port issue.
You need to make sure that there are no hardware or software firewalls blocking gamecreate (or other people/master servers).
Games sometimes (quite often have a different query port to the standard connection port, and so even if you have opened a specific port which allows people to connect, the server may not be queryable.
Check out what your firewall status is and see if you can resolve issues by opening all possible required query ports.
Also make sure that the GC ports are open...

TCP 1224 (master server) at a minimum.
TCP port 3579 if you intend to install games via GameCreate, files are fetched over http port 3579. |

Disabling that option only stops GameCreate from querying the servers for players and server checks.
That means if there are some connectivity issues, GameCreate won't restart your server every time a ping/pong fails, it will allow the server to continue running.
You should be able to ping and query in game and with your server browsers as normal. |
