Hi, i created a my own game create panel. I ordered a dedicated server which should come for day or two. I'm interested, can i with GameCreate create one user and that he has a privileges just to start / stop / restart and modify only his game server.

If this is possible , then how ?

Yes you can do that. You will need to set the permissions for the game server as outlined at the following links.
