I was using external authentication but having issues with it, wasn't letting me search via email, or create bookings. Tried to switch back to internal authentication and seem to have been locked out of my domain now can anyone help?

I've re-added you to your domain's permissions.

It's a known issue that switching back to internal from external authentication drops all permissions.

I have the same problem. I switch my domain to external athentification and all work fine.Yesterday, I have erase my server and now i can not log in my domain from CG interface.

I have re-create my external authentification and it works. But i have this message => Warning You do not have permission to login to this domain.

I think permissions are erase by Steve... can you put permissions please.

We can't change permissions for external authentication since then it is beyond our ability to log in (unless we already had permissions on your own authentication system).

We don't currently delete any domains. There is an automatic deletion after a period of domain inactivity.

Three months of noone logging in, or any other activity is the current period to automatically delete domains.
