If i try

php build-update.php etqw

it says

Could not find package 'etqw' - did you add it to packages.txt?

Why?

Download an updated version of packages.txt
which contains etqw:
http://144.140.155.2:3579/packages.txt

Put the file in the dir where you have the build-
update script.
