i tried it on my test server as well as the new quad, with both servers once they are added as hosts i get as far as creating a game server then the host status stays marked as offline and i cant get it to connect or delete obsolete hosts.

Sounds like you're having connectivity issues with the master server.

Let me know if it continues to be a problem.
