Hello I has problem if I a new Host wants to provide. user's name and passwort are right, I have already checked several times . here sometimes he lied

Are you certain you are using your subdomain login details and not your user account login details?

I take the registration data from the Domain Configuration from side, as well as it stands in the description.

Login can also fail if the host's IP Address exists in a different domain to the one you are logging in to.

If you previously created a domain and had that host join it, be sure to remove the host from the old domain first.

Kann hier jemand Deutsch.. wei� nicht mehr weiter bin Neuling bei Gamecreate... ich kann keinen Host erstellen und ich wei� nicht wieso..
Versuche das �ber einen Linux-Root server.

Are you getting an error page or something when you try or is this just the client not being able to log in?

Can you tell us the domain you are trying to log into, and the IP of the server you are trying to add. You can send me a PM if you'd like with the server details.
