Hello.. I made my server with an external login and made an account on that..
But after a couple of second I logged out with my main account and now I can't login anymore.. And that accoutn that I made on my external can't login either.. I got this message:
You do not have permission to login to this domain

And with my own creategame account:
Incorrect username or password

So my external works.. but now is the problem how can I get my admin rights back??

Okey now finally I understand the system..
But I made about 4 hosts:(
And I only need one... But the real one I wnat I can't login anymore..
Please help me.. Can you set the rights from the external from kvt.eu.gamecreate.com to the user Admin?? or can you help me with getting access to my server again? And can you delete all the other servers? kvtgs.eu, kvt-gs.eu, kvt.world and hold this one kvt.eu

Ps. Maybe its smart to explain that the user that you login with at external authentication for testing.. that that user is replacing you're current user and so has all rights?? And that you maybe have to delete you're cookies when you can't login with that user right away?? Because else you get people like me delete the user in the local database, because they think they can not login.

We can't actually do anything for you when you use external authentication because we can't log in ourselves since we wouldn't have a master account on your authentication system.

You can delete hosts by going to your domain and putting /admin/DeleteHost.aspx on the end of the URL. This will give you a list of hosts you can delete.

I'm not sure what you are using with your external authentication, but possibly recreating the account that had admin access might work for you.

I don't know with wich user I have admin rights at kvt.eu??
And now is the problem when I wan't to add my hosts to kvtgs by using the login I get:
Master requested logon (previous authentication failed)

When you are trying to get the GC client to log in, make sure you are using the correct domain login details, not user account details.

This can also happen if you have more than one instance of the GameCreate client running on a host.

You might need to turn external authentication off again to sort out these problems, then switch back to external once you have everything ready to go again.

There is a bug switching back to GameCreate authentication though, which will cause the domain to have no users with any permissions.

You will need to contact us ( http://www.gamecreate.com/contact.php ) with the email address of the account you want to use as the 'master' account for the domain, while using GC authentication.
