Is it just me or is the FTP access a bit screwy?

Sometimes it'll authenticate and sometimes not. But when it does, I can edit pretty much any file I like.

And I can't see files in folders below the root.

Any clues, have I missed something?

Regards,
Matt

Try reading http://doc.gamecreate.com/ManualFtp for more help on FTP.

Switch to Basic FTP if you are having problems with Advanced mode and you don't need its access granularity.

I've tried basic and advanced.

Even with basic on, when I setup 1 brand new user on 1 brand new game server. I can still access other users files, even with read only access.

Any ideas?

Hi,

System users have access to all FTP services. Are you logging in with your usual System account?
