You can add any property you want from the game property page, and you
can add any file you want from the game file menu. Start by adding the files
you need. Then select any property you would want to be configurable and
add them on the property pages. Modify the related text files accordingly
so that instead of the original value, the text files contains the parametername
enclosed by %-signs.
I believe this is covered in the manual. If not, just ask when you bump into
problems.
As Kybber mentioned, you can just add any properties you need for yourself.
Mani is pretty well outdated and far outclassed now by SourceMod so it was removed.
If you had made any changes they should still be there, although you may need to recreate a few of the mani specific properties which are pretty much useless to anyone who doesn't want or use mani.
