BF1942 server is running, but after 2 hours the control panel just starts a new gameserver with the same port. Every 2 hours there will come a new one.

So after a while there are 15 servers opened. I tried everyhting to fix this, but nothing works. Somehow the control panel doesn't see the BF1942 server and just start another one.

Does your failure log for the 1942 server mention anything about query failures or process failures?

No, it just starts more servers without failures or process failures. It's really weird.

This does sound strange, can you try capturing the full log file of gamecreate from when you first start the server up until when it starts a duplicate copy?

You can turn on the log file by editing gamecreate.ini and typing:

log-file gamecreate.log

This will cause the console to log to disk
