I have a rather big problem with user permissions on server :
As a rental company, we charge a higher price for enhanced tickrates on games. We let the buyer of the server edit his configurations (so he can set up whatever maps & passwords he wants, since there is no webservice I'm aware of that lets you edit the configurations by scripts, you can just retrieve them)
But since this buyer can edit configurations, he also can edit the command line, allowing him to completely ignore the player limit (for example on cs you just have to edit the command line to set -maxplayers to 30 if you wish to & you just have to restart the server to set it), and of course set the tickrate to whatever he wants to.

So is there any way of allowing users to edit their config EXCEPT player number , tickrate AND command line ?
Or am I going to have to check it every 15mins to see if they changed anything (or even worse, not let them touch any configuration) ?
