i created a new game-create.com account, i gave it full permission to a server, and have FTP enabled on the host. however, when i attempt to log in via FTP using that user:pass it occasionally tells me that authentication has timed out, and on others that i do not have permission to any server on the host.

i have tried this on servers running on my primary ip,a nd also one of the extra-ips

Make sure you have at least one permanent server on the host.

It wont let you login to FTP if you dont have a server on the host for the game/s you want FTP access to.

of course i have permanent servers running lol, the login i use for the primary domain works, however the 'server specific' logins do not.

Link me to the server you have given a user permission to where FTP is not letting them login.
