To fix this; you may need to create a new file in GameCreate that overwrites the .vdf file (I think?) that activates the plugin in the /addons folder and set it blank.
On the server you want the plugin to run on, make the file write out the proper file contents.
Research into how maniadmin needs to be installed to find out what file this is.
The reason both servers have the plugin is because they start from the same install directory (so they both load the same plugins).
Re-read my original post; I tell you that it may be worth trying to remove the plugins\whatever.vdf file (that tells the plugin to load) depending on what server is starting by adding that file via the Server File tab.
You will need to research into how server plugins load.
Instead of deleting file, do what I said in the first post where you add a new 'Server File' that has a BLANK .vdf file for the server you dont want maniadmin on.
On the server you DO want maniadmin, create the file again under its Server Files tab (not Game Files) and put the appropriate .vdf text in there.
That way when the servers start, they either write a blank file (so it wont load the plugin) or it will write a correct file (to load the plugin).
Per-server install directories are not supported at the moment; you could use a subdomain though.
