Question 1) How can I make someone an admin on the mumble server? and how can I make myself an admin? im unfamiliar with mumble.

Question 2) How can I make a co-account (like a clients account or something) on my gamecreate?

Hi,

1) Look at the Mumble server documentation

2) Have them sign up for an account (see the 'Permissions' tab on a Server for example for a link)

Then simply give them Permission to access your domain using the same screen.
