Hey
im trying to install Leftfordead 2 on a server and im getting the following error... does anyone know how to fix

LOG: Sun Feb 6 23:27:03 2011: Fetch of Installer description failed: INSTALLER response not received (received <!DOCTYPE instead)

(How I wish the GC devs would pin a post with this info! Every 4 posts on this forum seems to be about failed Linux-installations)
Even better would be a nice simple explanation on how the paths should also be setup I had to reinstall l4d2 twice just to get it setup proper for gamecreate to be able to see it.
Best to install it like so,
Goto your GameCreate-(server id) folder (I use sub domains this may be different...)
mkdir left4dead2 (if not already made)
cd left4dead2
