I created a new user under "<mydomain>.eu.gamecreate.com/admin/CreateAccount.aspx", but when I try to login it say "You do not have permission to login to this domain".

Where I can add users to my domain?

Under permissions I can only manage users permissions but not add users.

Solved.

you go under permission, "get by email address", you write the user email you want to add and press search, then it will appear into user list and you give him the permission you want.
