They have been idle for quite some time now, so it's not very reassuring that this issue will be resolved any time soon, at least I hope it does.
I have dropped them an email regarding this, so if you are contemplating on contacting them, let them know this issue has been raised in zee forum. |

Apologies for these problems; we're aware they are happening every now and then.
We are definitely not wanting GameCreate to have these problems in EU/US (the hardware they are on is quite powerful), and these problems are monitored.
I've passed on this feedback to our operations team to help identify what's wrong. |
